Its funny how refs bottle it at stamford bridge. He was gonna give the penalty and then somehow decided to change his mind. why? because he knew chelsea would go out? thats the second game in a row where you have a penalty given to you but no penalty given against you. something fishy is going on. will abramovich call on his contacts in moscow to make sure the ref is on your side? who knows. Just remember you may get decisions your way at your little stadium, but the CL Final is not at stamford bridge, and unless roman fixes the game by intimidating the ref, then it will be third time unlucky for you. In this game you will not get a penalty decision in your favour and one will be given against you. You have been very lucky so far but your luck will end very soon. Enjoy watching and don’t cry too much.

Phil can I say as a neutral, just no. Chelsea were the better side today.
Beautiful photo Jack. I thought Drogba’s ‘Klinsmann’ would be moment of the game untill Lamps scored that pen. Beautiful moment.

It was really nice that Frank Lampard Snr was in the crowd, he looked overwhelmed too.

silly thing to say Phil McCrack, especially when ‘Pool were on the end of some very lucky decisions during the Arsenal tie. The game was extremely well officiated, and this is coming from a neutral. I don’t think many refs would discount that goal from Essien, so count your lucky stars that the game ended as it was and not 4-1

It seems silly to debate the win here, of all threads.
Congrats Frank, you deserved that goal and the win today.

As much as I dislike Lampard, you’ve got to be moved by what he did at the game today; it’s pretty well summed up by this picture.
