Chelsea revamps website (Thank God)

By: Jack | July 2nd, 2008

They’ve done away with the Flash. Can you believe
it?

Finally, after months of frustration, Chelsea has scrapped its original website design. The club unveiled a completely revamped joint today and, I must say, this is infinitely better than the previous page.

Overall, it’s a much cleaner look. It’s much easier to navigate through as well. There’s also loads of interactivity to be had here, including user blogs, polls and images — all this under the content platform The Shed.

Finally, me — and you — can visit our club’s site. I haven’t been there in months.

I agree, this is a lot better. Hope it transfers to the field of play.

“I agree, this is a lot better. Hope it transfers to the field of play.”…. maybe the website can also cure cancer…

I didn’t mind the flash version, it was so much better than the previous site design to that. I was just thankful for the change.

Thank God. CFC finally reached a happy medium to that abysmal pre-flash site and the over-complicated mess they claimed was some revolutionary internet sensation.
