any1 notice that many of goal conceded came in late because near the end of the game maka was too tired? I think we really need a new CDM, essien is a box to box who is versatile as hell. Either start playing mikel, who is improving alot or get a new one.
Pizzaro i think was not played enough to really do anything.
Personally it would be nice to see how we do next season without buying too many players. Maybe allow sinclair and sahar to have a couple more games. Start sheva and anelka in a 442 malouda and cole on the wings, with kalou as sub. Essien and ballack as CM’s…wont happen because we will spend stupid but it would have been nice to pull an arsenal and rely on the players we had, with some talented young blood thrown in for blooding.

I agree with the award for Kalou. If Willi Entenmann becomes our manager, Kalou will even play better next season.

Match of the season was the 2-1 comeback victory over Arsenal. Worst signing was Anelka. I would really like to see Sheva at least get a chance.

is it just me or does anyone else really, really hope shevchenko finds his form of old while he’s still in england? he’s received so much criticism (deservedly) but for him to do well next season, if he’s still around, would be damn near poetic…especially if drogba finds himself at another club.

Match of the season from a Blue perspective should be 6-0 thrashing of Eriksson. And in all these awards, Carvalho should have been there somewhere. For me, he’s the player of the season. I suggest other awards too…
