CL Draw: We’ll Take It
By: Jack | August 30th, 2008The UEFA Champions League draw was rolled out Thursday, and Uncle Phil should be fairly pleased with the outcome. Chelsea, the No. 1 overall seed in this year’s draw (that’s right, bitch), was drawn into Group A along with Serie A runner-up AS Roma, Frenchies Bordeaux and CL debutants CFR Cluj (Romania).
I’d like to think we could advance out of this group playing Di Santo and Sinclair up top. But let’s make sure, right? Â Here’s a look at all the groups, including Liverpool’s which must be considered the most difficult (joy).

I’m a fan of both AS Roma and Chelsea.. Roma being my hands down favorite by a mile.. These games should be a lot of fun .. I can’t wait for them.. They are in the group where both teams are expected to get out easily so there is no pressure. Hopefully it becomes a feast of football with no problems.
