Fabio joins Oldham on loan
By: Jack | February 20th, 2009From the official Web site: “Portuguese winger Fabio Ferreira has joined Oldham Athletic on a one-month loan deal. The 19-year-old winger is in his fourth year at Chelsea since arriving in the summer of 2005, and will be hoping to impress while at Boundary Park. A string of injuries have limited Fabio’s reserve team appearances this season, with just two starts and three sub appearances.”
Ferreira joined Chelsea in 2005 from Sporting Lisbon. Injuries have meant his made pretty much no impact at the club since arriving. Let’s hope the young’n can spark his career with the switch.
