I think Alves is a rare possibility because i think Barca have included him in their rebuilding plans and he might just prefer to stay in the Spanish league as he has already adapted to the style of play. Also, Barca are a big club who can also offer good money. As for Villa and Silva, it first remains to be seen if Valencia are selling any one of them or both, specially if they decide to go on some rebuilding plans of their own; they do have a Uefa cup spot to bank on for next season, and ofc ourse this is based on them avoiding relegation. Even if the two do go, u can easily see another Spanish team like Real Madrid snapping them up, who are looking to make their team more spanish, as their President just said few days back. I'm just hoping Chelsea wrap up atleast one or two transfers in the first two weeks of the transfer season, and then there are the Euros to look out for.
