Forget about taking the early Summer holiday in Athens in a few weeks time, we have got the get there first via the Scum of Liverpool (unless PSV pull off an absolute sh*te of a miracle).

Before we can get to the Scum, we have to do the business against Valencia on Tuesday night and with the Spanish plod taking lessons from their Italian counterparts last week, Chelsea fans BE CAREFUL, BE AWARE and for FCUK’s SAKE be safe.

In the squad on the plane to Valencia today was Michael Essien. A hopeful Essien completed another gruelling training session at Cobham this morning, second to the one he completed on Friday, after recovering from his medial collateral knee ligament injury, suffered when scoring the own goal against Tottenham almost a month ago.

‘3-1 and you f**ked it up, 3-1 and you f**ked it up!!!!’

Essien said “I hope to be fit on Tuesday, and I expect to complete 90 minutes,” when he spoke to Chelsea TV prior to the squad leaving.

The full travelling squad is:

Cech, Cudicini, Hilario, A Cole, Makelele, Essien, Carvalho, Shevchenko, Lampard, Boulahrouz, J Cole, Drogba, Mikel, Ballack, Geremi, Bridge, Diarra, Ferreira, Kalou, Wright-Phillips, Terry and Morais

COME ON THE CHELS

Unfortunately when Robben gets injured he takes a long time to heal. It is possible that he wont play again this season. fear not. We have Joe Cole back and WE’VE GOT MOURINHO!!!!
