Watford lost possession in their own half and the ball was fed out to Shevchenko on Chelsea’s right, he sent in a pin-point cross and the on-rushing Kalou headed in past a stranded Foster.

Foster could have won the title for ManUre by making crucial saves – ironic that Foster is on loan to Watford from the Reds for the whole season.

With seven league games left, ManUre’s lead is still six points. Next weekend Chelsea host Tottenham and ManUre travel to Harry Redknapp’s Portsmouth.
