What to do when your squad is underperforming? You take them on vacation to Spain, naturally.

So yeah, apparently this trip is actually happening. AVB did his best to downplay expectations prior to departure, insisting that trips of this variety are normal for English teams. But alas, I can’t think of any other squad that’s currently training elsewhere. Still, I don’t suppose it’s all together that uncommon for a winter break of sorts. Might well be the elixir we need at present. Or not. Below is a series of snapshots cultivated from the inter webs the afternoon showing the squad going through their paces. According to various media reports, Fernando has been looking mighty sharp in training thus far. Perhaps a healthy dose of sun and paella are really all he needed to get his mojo back.
