Ashley Cole: Restaurant mogul?

Ashley Cole is set to enter the restaurant biz in London with hip-hop artist Jay-Z. Prepare to add “restaurant mogul” to his resume.

Look, it already has its own website and everything.

“London is one of the most vibrant and exciting cities in the world and the perfect location for our new venue,” Jay-Z said in an official statement. “I’m excited about working with Ashley and NVA Entertainment Group on a range of new projects and The 40/40 London is going to be the hottest place in town.” The restaurant will also apparently donate portions of its proceeds each month to charity and will try to give jobs to the long-term unemployed.

And according to some reports, Cole is also using this as a springboard to hopefully kickstart a music career once the whole football fad dies out. Suggestions on what his first album and single should be titled should be listed in the comments.

Ash and Jay-Z, huh? Now I can’t stop thinking about the last time the Chelsea boys were hanging out with a rap artist:
