Video: Hitler v. Lampard

By: Jack | July 8th, 2008

Thanks to Chelsea Offside reader Rosh for pointing me toward this absolutely hilarious clip. From the movie Downfall — outstanding flick, by the way — Hitler learns of Lampard’s imminent move to Inter Milan. Warning: This piece contains harsh language, so those 12 and under are encouraged to check it out.

“And fuck Anelka.”

lol @ “cum guzzling twat.” I forget which movie that was taken from, but one of those that was just sort of okay. I like this version better. That’s almost exactly how I picture the back office of Chelsea except for Russian accents.

Dude, if you’re talking about Downfall, that movie is fantastic.

That’s the one! Fantastically interesting, but not much else I’m afraid. Definitely not something that I’d rent and ring up a girl to have over. If only they could make the suicide/burning bodies in a ditch part a bit more romantic.

I just made sure that the Inter board is exposed to this. We are over there wondering why Chelsea is so hot and bothered about Lampard and his possible transfer. Is he really holding out for one measly year? Or, is it the money? If he wants to go, why not just let him?

Really, if someone wanted to hop on over and explain it to us all, I am sure we would appreciate it.

I love that video…but uhh…does that make Hitler a Chelsea fan? (I know it’s not real) I don’t know about that, it’s like Bin Laden being an Aresenal fan.

Johonna, Lamps has betrayed CFC and the extraordinary support its fans have always given him, especially after the death of his mother toward the end of the season. It’s totally BS that he “has completely fallen out with the management.” He asked for a contract that he KNOWS they can’t give him. No player over 30 gets a five year contract. Come on, it just doesn’t happen. It is just a publicity stunt, so then he and his sheisty agent can claim that they did every thing in their power to stay at Chelsea, but they just couldn’t come to agreement. Bollocks! I lost a lot of respect for Lampard over all of this…

If he had any respect for the club and its supporters, he wouldn’t force a move through the Webster Ruling; that’s just not something you do to a club you supposedly love. I am starting to comprehend the ire of West Ham fans…

Dave, that’s exactly how I feel. I went over to Johonna’s Inter page and basically said the club is holding onto him out of spite. Really, it would be best if we just accepted their next bid — widely thought to be around 10mil — and move on.
